What is the Moon Icon?
Moon Icon is for Night Mode. Night mode Adjusts the Brightness level automatically in the display from brightness to the darkest from 6pm to 7am after the night mode is on.
How to adjust the brightness?
The brightness can be adjusted using the sun symbol. The sun symbol will appear after swapping home screen from top to bottom. Use the “+” or “-” to adjust the brightness as per your need.

Can health bands work without your phone?
Yes, Health bands can work without the phone as well but using the Tres Care mobile app, you will get enhanced graphs against your different vitals along with previous day history as well which is not available in the health bands.

How to set an alarm?
Alarms can be set using the TresCare Mobile App. We have an option to set one time Alarms and sedentary Alarms from the App. But user can view the alarms setup using the Mobile App in the band.
How to share QR code?
QR code can be shared using the TresCare Mobile App. Go to the profile in the right-hand side top corner of Mobile App and click on the arrow symbol below the QR Code. Choose the channel to share the QR Code.
How to add Vaccination Certificate and test reports?
In the home page of the app where the Health E-pass appears, click on the “Covid Vaccination” or “Covid Test”.
